Luxury Home Magazine
Maresa Giovannini Editor in Chief Renting can be a blessing and a curse. You never have to snake a toilet, replace a roof, or pay property taxes. You also can’t paint the walls, let your pet off a leash, or make noise after 10:00 PM. The homes I’ve occupied over my years as a renter are just as diverse as my experiences in them. There was the not-so-chic ‘70s apartment that I shared with great friends in a bad part of town; the new construction condominium that was fully furnished – with plaid furniture; the literally breathtaking historic downtown duplex where ancient heating and cooling lead to respiratory problems; and the palatial suburban home with soaring ceilings and a resident ghost. For now I am happy to keep amassing entertaining anecdotes about the rental properties that I occupy, but Hawaii’s luxury rentals should leave you with more glamorous accounts. Whether here for a short-term visit or long-term stay, luxury rental homes, condos, and estates are equipped with anything you could possibly need including available staff for last minute requests. If you are looking to rent or purchase a home that you can use as an income property, I invite you to contact me or get in touch with one of the Realtors or Industry Professionals in Pacific Luxury Living ™ and Luxury Home Magazine ®. We will happily put you in touch with the appropriate people to customize and perfect your renting experience. Do you have an exceptional or horror story about a past rental experience? We’d love to hear about it! Share your experiences with us on the “Luxury Home Magazine Hawaii” Facebook page to keep the conversation going.
