Maybe it was a favorite treat from your childhood or something special that only comes around during the holiday season. Either way, there’s just something about a “classic” recipe we can’t forget. If you’re in need of another to add to your collection, here’s one of my favorites that might just become a classic in your kitchen, too. Happy Baking! Leah Cranberry Bread Makes 1 loaf 1 cup flour 1 cup sugar ½ teaspoon salt 2 cups cranberries (Fresh or Frozen) 1 cup chopped nuts 2 eggs, beaten ½ cup melted butter ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract Mix first 5 ingredients together. Then add eggs, butter, and vanilla. Pour mixture into a pie plate or shallow dish. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with a small amount of large granular sugar on top for the finishing touch!
