The Buyer was from Chicago and received LHM at his residence - he called me directly and acquired the property sight unseen and showed up the morning of closing. I have also participated in a couple of listing presentations and when I asked where they had heard of me, one couple who lived in Dallas and had a second home on Kauai indicated that they saw my ad in LHM, which was delivered to their Dallas residence.
